Happy Holidays!  ‘Tis the season when I begin browsing the cooking magazines for new cookie recipes to try. Every year, I try 2 or 3 new recipes along with 2 or 3 that have made it to the “it’s a keeper” recipe list. Just tried four new pinots from silver oak -they are under the TWOMEY label They are from russian river -sonoma coast-anderson valley and bien nacido and are all 2009 These were great wines a little expensive (retail $50 range) My favorites were the anderson valley and russian river Russian River-nice ruby color- rich ripe red fruit nice adidity Anderson valley-Every pinot from this area seems to be great at the moment-sweet fruit black cherry full...
